Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If in the event of an Emergency Cancellation please see below.
No-shows for Mobile service: Our Therapist are traveling to your home or location if you are not there or have not called for whatever reason you will be considered a “no-show.” Then you will be charged the full amount for your “missed” appointment. If in the event of an Emergency Cancellation please see below.
Late Arrivals for Mobile service: Our Therapist strives to arrive at your location at least 15 minutes before your session. If the therapist is late for whatever reason you will still get the full service you arranged for. We just ask that you please be clear on the address and or location. Providing landmarks is highly recommended.
Preparing the Room for Massage: We ask that you please prepare the room prior to their arrival. This means clearing any Furniture or objects on shelves that are breakable. The therapist needs at least a 7 ft x 4ft space to set up the table and move around without hitting anything. Therapist can help with this if you are not able to and depending on the items to be moved an extra fee would be added. Also adjust the temperature in the room to a comfortable level for you and the Therapist. A comfortable setting would be between 75-85 degrees. Any appliance in the room to heat or cool the room must not interfere with the therapist.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies do happen and cannot be avoided the day of your scheduled appointment. If in the event of an emergency cancellation the day of please be honest and we will work with you in rescheduling. (Please be prepared to show documentation of emergency for payment to be waived).
